Our policy lasts 14 days, this means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request an exchange or return for store credit. We have only 2 options for returns which are as follows:
1) Exchanges: We offer a one-time exchange.
2) Store Credit: Receive store credit on returned item(s).
Item(s) purchased with store credit are considered a final sale. Store credit does not expire, so please eel free to take your time to shop.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells (cigarette smoke, perfumes, ect…), or any signs that the item has been worn or used. You will need all JEWELRY tags still attached with return.
Once all merchandise is received it is processed for inspection, so please be sure to check your item(s) to avoid delay or return rejection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) And the approval or rejection of your refund in store credit.
If "Signs Of Wear" on returned items for store credit are unfortunately found, it is our policy to return the item(s) to you and not grant you the store credit.
If you are approved then your refund of store credit will be processed. We will then send an email to the email address provided with your Store Credit Code.
To complete your return we require the following:
· Provide proof of purchase with receipt, the order number and Name it was ordered under.
· Please allow up to 5-10 business days to process your return once we receive it.
· All returns are issued Store Credit in the full amount of purchase or you can request an EXCHANGE.
· FINAL SALE ITEMS are not eligible for return. Store Credit items are consider A Final Sale Item.
DEFECTS OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
· Upon receiving your package, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to report within 3 days of your delivery to report any defects or issues.
You can easily go to CONTACT US to report any issues.
· Any item defect and issues must be notified via email or through our CONTACT US within that 3 day window, and must include Order Number And Images of the issue. If reported after that 3 day window then there will be a restocking fee
· We can not make exceptions once you ave had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, and or removed tags, washed, or used.
· Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please be aware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern or color.
Any Damaged item returned without the 3 day reporting policy will be rejected and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
You as a customer, are responsible For providing Wellness Treasures the correct mailing address. Wellness Treasures is NOT responsible for items that have been mailed to the provided address, if that mailing address was entered incorrectly by you, The Customer. We, at Wellness Treasures will try to track down the package if it was mailed back by RETURN TO SENDER. Not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are RETURNED. These packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered. Wellness Treasures Is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number(s) for further assistance.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. If for any reason your package says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number(s) for further assistance.
Packages are not insured so please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE ORDERS
A true late order is at the 45-day mark from the date of purchase.
(unless otherwise of working on large custom order) But there will be constant communication on such, so that should not be an issue..
We agree 100% that is not acceptable. But once again that is one thing out of our control by Drop Shipping. All we can do is Compensate Our Customers. If your order has not been received at the 45-day mark We Will resend your products and you can keep the product(s) whenever your late shipping order arrives.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests will be honored in the first 30 mins of order being placed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND (STORE CREDIT)
If you haven’t yet received your email with the store credit code within 30 days after notification please kindly contact us so we can take care of this asap.
